« Mami et moi, nous avons partagé l’affiche plusieurs fois au Japon et en France.
Je crois que c’était en 2001, pendant la tournée au Japon, j’ai dormi chez la famille de Mami à Uji, une ville historique située dans le sud de Kyoto. Je me rappelle le paysage de cette ville dans les paroles de PompokoYama, comme un vieux conte japonais. En particulier, je me souviens d’une très belle étoile dans le ciel. J’ai décidé d’arrêter mon groupe pendant cette tournée avec Mami. Mais en 2005, je l’ai remonté car Mami venait au Japon. Wahaha !! Depuis, j’ai toujours ce groupe. Mami-chan, arigatoo ! » Maruta
